Normally car repair is overwhelming, expensive, and stressful. However, I had the best experience with Serra Superior Collison. From the fabulous front office ladies (Tonya & Nicole) who set up everything, the shop foreman who gave me a ride after dropping off my car, and everyone else I interacted with, the process was flawless. My car was fixed quickly, returned cleaner than I dropped it off (way cleaner...amazingly cleaner), and cheaper than initially quoted. This will be my new go-to shop. They were the best and I can't recommend them enough!!
Robert Moore was consistent and dependable. On several occasions, he followed up on timelines and communicated work progress keeping us informed along the way. I was nervous about getting my brand new Sprinter back after the accident, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality work at Serra. They really provided superior service from the first appointment to the last and each team member was a pleasure to work with.
